کاربردراهبردهای کنش‌گفتار درخواست توسط دوزبانه‌های ترکی-فارسی براساس دو متغیر جنسیت و سن

چکیده
بحث ادب زبانی در حوزۀ جامعه شناسی زبان، همواره مورد توجه زبان‌شناسان و جامعه‌شناسان بوده است و به­ویژه فرهنگ ویژه بودن این بحث و تأثیر رعایت ادب زبانی بر روابط اجتماعی، بر اهمیت این حوزه می‌افزاید. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و طی یک پژوهش میدانی، به شناسایی و تحلیل الگوهای پربسامد درخواستبه زبان ترکی،به­عنوان یکی از نشانگرهای ادب زبانی، توسط دوزبانه­های ترکی- فارسی ساکن شهر اردبیل در بافت غیررسمی می‌پردازد. گردآوری داده به دو شیوه مشاهده مشارکتی و استفاده از پرسش­نامه­ای محقق­ساخته مبتنی بر مقیاس لیکرت صورت گرفته­است. جامعه آماری شامل 250 زن و مرد دوزبانه ترکی-فارسی ساکن شهر اردبیل، در سه گروه سنی30-18، 40-31 و 41+ می­باشند و به این ترتیب، سن و جنسیت متغیرهای مستقل پژوهشند. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSSنسخه 21 انجام شده‌است. نتایج نشان می­دهند که، صرف‌نظر از سن مخاطب و نوع درخواست، راهبردهایدرخواست غیرمستقیم متعارفودرخواست غیرمستقیم غیرمتعارف به­ترتیب بالاترین و پایین­ترین بسامد کاربردی را در میان زنان و مردان و نیز سه گروه سنی دارا می­باشند.همچنین با استفاده از دو آزمون کروسکال­والیس و یومن­ویتنی دیده شد که تفاوت میان گروه زنان و مردان در انتخاب الگوها معنادار نبوده ولی در گروه­های سنی این تفاوت معنادار است.

چکیده English

Linguistic politeness is one of the highly regarded issues by sociolinguists and linguists.The phenomenon importance rises due to its culture-specific nature and its effect on social relationship. This study which is descriptive-analytical one, aimed at identifying the extensive used request patterns in Ardebili Turkish in the light of Brown and Levinson’s politeness theory(1987) and Blum-Kulka et al’s coding scheme for request(1989) regarding age and gender. To achieve this goal, the data has been collected by participant observation and Likert scale questionnaire designed by the researcher. The sample research is 245 male and female Persian-Turkish bilinguals within three age ranges, 18-30, 31-40 and +41. In order to examine the statistically significant effect of variables SPSS software(version 21) and non-parametric tests, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis were used. Findings indicated that in all kinds of request the suggestory formula and query preparatory are the patterns with high frequency and strong hint and weak hint strategies are the low- frequency patterns. The statistically significant difference is revealed among the age ranges but there is no such difference between male and female.
